There are more ways to promote your site with, less effort than you can imagine, than I've ever seen before! Of all of the sites I've used there was always one or two things I really liked about them, but the majority of the features seemed like clutter or a distraction.
Plus, it was way too much work to get any kind of a return on my time! Things have definitely changed for me!

Follow your daily plan, as the saying goes "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". Your daily plan could be the advertising tasks you do everyday, such as Backpage and Craigslist. Then decide what other type of marketing you want to do for the day, such as Forums and/or Business & Social Networking sites, which is what this Newsletter covers.

One of the biggest issues most marketers face is knowing how to attract the right type of traffic for their products, services and affiliate programs. Social marketing and Web 2.0 are here to stay for they have impacted more lives, and reached many times more people than tools such as search engines and web pages. Social networking sites are based on getting likeminded people to do good and it is possible to use the platforms to just talk to people and in the process "sell goods without selling".
I am giving you some basic "Social Networking" tips that you can tap into that I find work pretty well. With any marketing, it's important to stay on top of it as much as possible. However with social networking, it's almost a job in of itself as you have to maintain so many sites. Don't get me wrong, the work you put in to some social networking sites can be worth your time to gain friends, and followers. Use the Firefox browser and "save all your networking sites as a group". This will make it easier for your to visit often.
You know that what you offer is spectacular, but if other people don't know that, you're going to have a really difficult time growing your business. Social networking platforms such as MySpace, Facebook and Yuwie and others, allow you to form relationships with people instantaneously.
In social networking your connection with people is permission based and you establish your global presence. This is just another form of advertising you and your business and for free. The advantage you have with social media marketing over the traditional marketing is that your potential customer gets to know who you are and you begin to build trust. People buy from those they trust. Thus if they do buy, it is because of you, not the company you represent nor the products they don't desire.
The most important feature of your profile is YOUR SIGNATURE. This shows whenever you post a message. So if you are asking, or answering questions, posting new items about free programs, or writing a short article, YOUR SIGNATURE will always be there.
When they read your post, they will see your signature and possibly check it out. Make it compelling:

1. You would want to consider choosing a few social networks you enjoy and/or who rank the highest and stick to those. Don't try to do them all. Otherwise you have another full time job! 2. Don't just sign up without planning to participate to some degree.

4. Once you have set yourself up, now it is time to socialize. You may
post an article that is factual, relevant and helpful to your readers on some sites.
5. Surf around for others in the same field as you and make some friendships.

7. Post a few 'shouts' a week and keep them public.
8. When someone follows you and asks for friendship, get back to them as soon as possible.
9. Keep your social networks fresh and don't leave them outdated. This is why it is important to just pick a few that you can visit every week. Participate in Business & Social Networking sites that you enjoy. This will give you more traffic because you will be visiting it more.
10. When you 'shout' or post updates don't make them about "come buy or view my products or business". Instead give some relevant free tips, eBooks, or advice that are helpful.
11. Set up a blog (some you can setup a Blog within the network, or a Group) and post articles (best to write your own articles) so that others are aware of your websites. You can use Wordpress or Blogger (both are free). A blog allows you to write short articles on topics pertinent to your customer base. Just make sure you write articles that have useful content to the readers so that they will keep coming back for more. If you post often, the search engines like Google will index it, because they like fresh content.

All experience marketers know the old adage that “the money is in the list “.Network marketers have developed contact lists in many different ways over the years. Generally a sign up form is offered with a free giveaway. Someone simply fills out the form with a name and e-mail address to “opt in” to the autoresponder and the free giveaway is provided to them. In return for that, they generally understand that they have granted permission for whoever made the offer to follow up with other e-mails with other offers.
Several years ago the singular e-mail opt-in was taken a step further when software was developed that asked the first recipient to forward the offer to 4-5 of there friends in order to qualify for the free giveaway, or perhaps even a very low priced offering. Hence, list building became viral, meaning that a single e-mail to a single individual could be multiplied in a near exponential manner as each level of opt-ins continued to forward the offer to even more people.
The Web 2.0 World
Of course the latest to trend in the network and internet marketing community is the Web 2.0 world of blogs, YouTube, Twitter and the like. The use of videos in various social networks in order to communicate and establish a following with the subscribers has become ubiquitous. The net result of all this is that seemingly the most effective way to communicate with potential subscribers, or even to acquire subscribers and customers these days is probably through the use of videos.
Videos have a number of advantages, including the ability to present yourself as a sincere and a knowledgeable person in a face-to-face way. A potential subscriber or customer is more likely to buy from someone they they feel like they know. So
consequently, it’s almost imperative these days that you use the video medium in order to communicate with potential prospects to turn them into eventual customers.

The Issues I See
The problems with this system are not dissimilar from those in other earlier systems of using free giveaways to build a list. . You first must be able to get your video in front of an audience and in order for them to subscribe, and they in turn must have an audience to subscribe in order for the system to work effectively. It can probably be most effectively used by someone who already has a subscriber list and wants to expand it rapidly.
Another potential negative is that the the new contacts you generate with this list, both directly and indirectly, are not yet buyers and it’s likely that many of them will have no interest in your particular marketing niche. Proper strategy of course is to build credibility over time through a series of value adding free offers that are designed to help categorize their interests. Only then should you move on to the stage of offering them the opportunity to buy your stuff.
This new easy video producer software system appears to offer a simple and easy, no cost way for the experienced, and particularly the relatively inexperienced non-technical networker to make effective use of videos for viral list building, and business promotion.

While article submission isn't anything shockingly new to the world of SEO, many people STILL don't do it... and for good reason. It takes so incredibly long to do manually.
I'll admit, I had tried article submission at one point, but after I finally found a few article dircetories to submit my articles to, and then after manually copying and pasting my information into the required textboxes on each submission site, I quickly realized that my time could be better spent doing something else.
Then I came across a free program created by Brad Callen and Bryxen Software, Inc. that allows you to automatically submit your articles to hundreds of article directories with a few mouse clicks. Basically all I had to do was input my article criteria into the software, ONCE! Then, the program would automatically fill in all of the required data at each of the submission websites. Pretty incredible if you ask me.
The only part I didn't understand was why the program is free... but I can't argue with that I suppose.
The software currently contains around 700 article directories, all free to submit your articles to. It is the most straightforward program that we've come across, in that all you need to do is:
1. Input your article details (i.e. title, article body, bio, etc.) into the software
2. Click on the directory you want to submit to
And then the program will automatically fill in your article details. Then, you simply click the submit button and your article is instantly submitted to the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list, and by the time you're finished you'll have roughly 700 one way links pointing to your website.
I can't think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you're going to get links this quickly, it's important to submit different variations of your articles, to make things look more natural to the search engines.
You can do this very easily via Article Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.
